Ok so i do believe the topic title is already saying quite a bit.
I've searched aroudn the forum, and there's only been one topic on this.
But it still hasn't completely solved the problem. 

Sadly, I didn't get the OCD for "Shortcut to MOM" level in Chapter 4, and now, when i want to get the OCD for it, MOM is shown as away. 

Is there anyway to allow you to get the OCD even if you missed the chance, without resetting the whole game?

*waits patiently for answer while whistling the super mario galaxy tune*

Oh wait, i just realised there was another topic, but i still wish mr. kyle and mr. ron could give us a runthrough if its still possible to do the level 

But i guess that would slightly be known as cheating lol

Personally, I think currently it's impossible, but it will be fixed in the next patch or so.

just fixed the MOM OCD bug... patch will be out in about a week.

This bugged me too, so I hacked around it. The attached patch can be used to bring back MOM after you've destroyed World of Goo corporation. Obviously, it's unofficial, so use it at your own risk. This will probably be obsolete once a real patch is out, but if you don't want to wait, you can give it a shot.

(As a precaution, you may want to back up your profile data file first, which resides in "C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\2DBoy\WorldOfGoo"; the all-users application data directory may be located elsewhere especially if you moved the documents and settings directory or use a localized version of Windows; try entering %AllUsersProfile% in Explorer as a starting point).

A side effect of the patch seems to be that the World of Goo Corporation is unavailable from the main menu after resetting MOM (though it's still available through the island menus); simply finish the recycle bin level (Deliverance) to get rid of MOM again and restore everything to normal.

I had that too; try running it from commandprompt, for some reason that fixed the problem for me.
Go to start -> run -> type 'cmd'
Then use your DOS navigation skills to get to where you need to be.

Actually, I think it is more likely that the patch doesn't run because a library ("MSVCR90.dll") is missing; if that is the case, Windows should display an error message to that effect (but I know: Windows users don't read).

This can be fixed by installing the Visual C++ 2008 libraries provided by Microsoft.

I recently finished the game and started to OCD every level but I have problems, too, with OCDing MOM's computer... 

Cool thing this will be fixed soon but, what about Wiiware version? I just own that one, will it be fixed, too?

That would be one of the slightly earlier versions. If you have the current version (1.30), then the patch is already installed. And no, it won't actually allow you to talk to MOM again, only to try to get OCD on the level.

Say, do some research, would ya? And don't revive 1-and-a-bit year old topics.

Technically, I think my patch is still good.
(It resets the level entirely IIRC, so you do get to talk to mom again.)
