if you like your goo boxy, we have some good news. a boxed version of world of goo will soon be available at the following retail stores: amazon.com, gamestop, best buy, and sam’s club. some stores may not carry the game, so if you’re going to make the trip, call ahead.
the first batch is going to be available in november but amazon already has the game available for pre-order.
[update: it's likely that other retail stores will start carrying the game, we'll post those as soon as we know]

I see Sam’s Club; does that mean it will also be available at Wal Mart? Getting it on the shelves there will definitely help out at retail.

As an act of courtesy, if you see a direct download (illegal) for World Of Goo, pipe in and drop a comment asking people to purchase the game. Don’t be rude about it, maybe even include a link for the purchase.

This is one of the best ways I’ve spent 20 bucks.
The game is AWESOME, the art is great and even the music is very good.
Congrats are indeed in order.
Two things:
1) What’s that moon chapter thing you guys are talking about (I’m not that informed, as you can see…)
2) This game would STEAL and SELL LIKE CRAZY if it were ported to the iPhone, even in a smaller version… c’mon, 2D Boy!
By the way, already got my e-mail, downloaded the game and got through Chapter One pretty fast… and 51th tallest tower in Goo Corp., with 81 balls!! :-D
