So…according to the Joystiq interview you were going to announce whether the wii version was retail or wii ware at gdc….I never heard any such announcement….So which one is it?

As much as I know how annoying this is - do you even have a rough release timeframe? Weeks? Months? Years?

if it was supposed to be released on 2/14/08 but the publisher wanted them to wait for the wii version, seems more like it’s done, the port is in progress.

Well, if we’re to believe that it’s coming out with WiiWare, Nintendo has announced WiiWare for May… which I guess means that we’ll likely be waiting until May for World of Goo… *cries* … *resolves* … *sits patiently waiting* …

if it is for May I may well lose all hope. Not really, but it would be a shame, such an awesome indy game being held back by big company marketing.

First, I wanted to say that I’m super excited that you’ve committed to a Linux version of the World of Goo. I’ve got my preorder in.
In an effort to preview the game, I tried out the demo in Wine, but it didn’t work, so I set it up on my girlfriend’s Window’s PC and had a blast. I noticed however that I had to activate the demo on her machine. Will this cause problems with later activating the full game on Linux?
